The New South Wales Police has taken delivery of a brand-new Porsche 911 to assist them with their crime-fighting endeavours. While the legendary car goes from zero to 100 kmh in 4.8 seconds the main aim behind including this car in the NSW’s list of Police vehicles was not to chase after criminals along the highways down under. Rather, the Police thought that it would help build community relations with disadvantaged youths. In fact, the custom Police decals on the car were designed by students hailing from the area. The car is more of a publicity stunt and is expected to attend a large number of local events, where police officers will be able to interact with the public.
